This is where fun starts. My first web project & i have to use my favorite software flash 6. I had to work with a new project manager called Surangi. She wanted me to work with her to do promotional item to our mother company. I had to do presentation for there products and create a new look and feel for the ewave site. it was a tiring job i thought designing was fun than coding but its a different hell of its kind. It's a job you need to please people with colors and presenting different logos with different shapes. i'm telling you it is a hard job to please peoples eyes... :D How to please eyes & mind with minimum work. Get proper picture about the look and feel before going in to designing Do a rough sketch and get the confirmation like the bellow screen. Don't use bright colors for backgrounds. Make your logos \ templates where you can change the colors easily and make them atleast for 10 or more colors with different combinations. Don't show unfinished

Another big fixing job to do for a shipping company called Malship. This client was handled by Ashan who was my team mate. Ashan was on study leave when Malship had a issue with the system. Ashan asked me to goto the malship and troubleshoot the problem there and see. I went to the client ask if i can take a look at the system. They said no and said they are not confident with me to do the job. Now what to do. Why client didn't let me do the job Not properly introduced by our company. Looked too young for the job & no experience (I like a school :D and im 20 years old) Security of their data and the system. Gaining Mutual trust to do the job Called Ashan and asked him to tell that im only going to look at the system. I talked with the System Administrator about the problem and talked about IT little bit so he get the real idea my knowledge. Asked them to operate the system and show me the problem. Wrote down the runtime Error number. Asked Ashan to call and get a DB backup

y Boss handed me with a new project call " EMSO territory Management System ". This project was handled by a senior developer call Roshi she was handling project and gathering requirements because she is leaving to another company i had to take over the project. She gave me a brief introduction about the business and what we should do. And we had a system study @ EMSO private limited its a medical equipment suppling company with our senior software engineer Kanchana, me and Mr.Thayaparan about the project and how the development will be handled . This was my first system study at a clients place & in a big meeting room :) . What really the client needed. Paper less work environment . Knowing how each sales person performing and contributing to the company. managing and budgeting sales petty cash. Tracking Sales monthly and calculating commissions based on it. Calculating overall sales. territory wise sales summery and more. Development was Agreed on. Languages : Visual
