Identify the real need and increase productivity
I have been working in a Leading Software company call Duo Software working as a Software Architect. I have spent my whole time solving problems using software and human process issues. This was my work at the company regardless what position I am in. When reaching to a common goal as a team whether it is a software engineer or the company CEO the most difficult part for everybody was to finding the real need(requirement). When we try to look through our own view points we lose what is the actual requirement of a customer or your co-worker. Because of this lots of conflicts can occur in your work place. To rectify the conflicts we must identify the real cause of issue in order to give a proper solution if not this would make the problem worse at your work place. In order to do that we must not think only from our point of view of the issue rather look through the view point the person raises the issue. This will help you to see the complete picture by letting you see the view
