ewave Corporation site & promotional material

This is where fun starts. My first web project & i have to use my favorite software flash 6. I had to work with a new project manager called Surangi. She wanted me to work with her to do promotional item to our mother company. I had to do presentation for there products and create a new look and feel for the ewave site. it was a tiring job i thought designing was fun than coding but its a different hell of its kind.
It's a job you need to please people with colors and presenting different logos with different shapes. i'm telling you it is a hard job to please peoples eyes... :D

How to please eyes & mind with minimum work.

  1. Get proper picture about the look and feel before going in to designing
  2. Do a rough sketch and get the confirmation like the bellow screen.




  3. Don't use bright colors for backgrounds.
  4. Make your logos \ templates where you can change the colors easily and make them atleast for 10 or more colors with different combinations.
  5. Don't show unfinished art the the person your developing.
  6. Use catchy parses on your presentation slides.
  7. Animate only once. Don't loop your animations because end-user will get distracted when they go through your content.
  8. Content must be easy to understanding & should be in a simple format.

Why people stop growing when they are not rewarded

Most of us give to get a reward/return. And when we give there is no reward/return we harm our self by thinking its our problem we are not good and that we have just been used. Its actually not our problem, only thing is to do is not to think about the reward but focus on moving your self forward by giving abundantly and raise your self to a place you can give more. Never try to linger and wait for the return because it will drag you down and restrain you from growing;  sometimes the best way is to let go, it will help us to feel good about our selves and move forward in life, in conclusion do deliver but dont do so expecting a return, instead expect only to give more. Identify the best people to work and improve creativity and productivity

In the current managerial structure it is a rat race. Everyone is competing with each other. This makes more people who cheat there way to the top and makes your place of work that dose not do much of productive work and that lacks creativity. This what most of the software industries face no creative out come after its built up. You can clearly see that example when we look at big corporation the products which they supply. The best example is the new iphone 7 as most of the people talks about. As I'm not a huge iphone fan i see the lack of creativity and innovation has drooped drastically seeing the new replacement of the headphone jack and the bluetooth headphone that sells for $160 that looks like a tooth brush.
