As i'm working for a software product company and i was working under different leaderships for the past 10 years. This gave me great insight to how to become a better leader by seeing the Strengths and weakness and being one such a leader in a software company leading them directly and indirectly to achieve there product to a next level. It took my company 9 years to be recognize me and to show the talent was hidden. You might be thinking why it took that much of years to recognized the potential to find the hidden Gold.
