No promotions same old salary more work !!!

Are you now stuck in one place ? Burned out not focused in your work, stressed out and working late night shifts. Is your work getting piled up instead of work is getting finished. This Article is for you! if you are still stuck without knowing what to do. Most of the people goes in these worries and struggles everyday of the year. It's the time of the year you need to pull two peoples shift finish off the work on your desk. I know it has been years work no progress in your life. No time to family or friend everyday repeating the same old thing. This what many face sadly :(
My friend its time to call it break get some sleep relax, its not the end of the world just take a time out for your self; so that you can reflect on the things you have done and things you got to do to earn that promotion or the salary raise. First thing you need is time out from the problems and stress. I know so many people need different things but you need to think dose is worth the effort putting into work or is there a easy solution. Many get stuck when there is no proper planning or most of the people are in the same place following a dream they are never going to get.The progress in life stops when we work hard without a break. Because there is no time for you, your family or time for GOD in your life. All your years work is sitting behind a desk and gossiping around the same old office gossips. Why are you stuck ? In the bible we read when GOD created this world on the 7th day he rested.
Genesis 2:2 And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had done.
We can see even GOD rested on the 7th day. We cant just push our limits to climb to the place you want to go, but you need a break from all the things, to think and reflect on the things you did. This how progression comes in to your life.
Genesis 2:3 Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work which God had created and made.
We can see our creator himself rested from all his work also commanded man also to rest on this day. If there is no proper rest a proper break from all of the work you wont get what you are looking for. You will not put your effort into a another place where you progress in life. My friends don't get stressed and work hard wast your rest day take a break. In time you will find the solution that you are looking for,
Genesis 1:31 Then God saw everything that He had made, and indeed  it was very good. So the evening and the morning were the sixth day.
On the 6th day reflect on your work you have done and see the progress from your point of view. This will help you to understand is it worth the effort. When we try so hard we lose the sight and we can't move forward blindly. We need time to see what we did, without getting wasted in the weekends going out partying but a day out from everything see the progress of your weeks work and the contribution you have made and also to plan your future.

So ask a simple question what have you done? have you had a day of rest ?

Most of us give to get a reward/return. And when we give there is no reward/return we harm our self by thinking its our problem we are not good and that we have just been used. Its actually not our problem, only thing is to do is not to think about the reward but focus on moving your self forward by giving abundantly and raise your self to a place you can give more. In the current managerial structure it is a rat race. Everyone is competing with each other. This makes more people who cheat there way to the top and makes your place of work that dose not do much of productive work and that lacks creativity.
