Identify the best people to work and improve creativity and productivity

In the current managerial structure it is a rat race. Everyone is competing with each other. This makes more people who cheat there way to the top and makes your place of work that dose not do much of productive work and that lacks creativity. This what most of the software industries face no creative out come after its built up. You can clearly see that example when we look at big corporation the products which they supply. The best example is the new iphone 7 as most of the people talks about. As I'm not a huge iphone fan i see the lack of creativity and innovation has drooped drastically seeing the new replacement of the headphone jack and the bluetooth headphone that sells for $160 that looks like a tooth brush. This the lack of creativity and innovation which made people hooked to them and then they made there customers looks like clowns wearing two wireless headphones. What really happen most of the people will not notice, what was missing when you bought your new iphones 7 or galaxy 7 explodes in your charger.

Why is that there is no innovation ?

People who innovate are like Steve jobs friend Steve Wozniak who made computer a real dream to the personal computer users. These are the people we are lacking in our places. Who really has a Passion and a dream to change the world. This the main ingredient that is missing and IBM was missing those days.

Why aren't they recognized in a big organization?

These people who innovate cant be kept inside a box that's why these people are not recognized in a properly structured process oriented organization. For them structure and or how the process works doesn't matter what matters is what they do and what they innovate. I see many of my creative developers doesn't care about the rules that the organization has put in, they are eager to do work than tracking the time and completing the task they are assigned to. As the organization tracks and promote through processors most of the people who are rule breakers are stressed and crushed before they get a chance to be bloomed. But who knows how to go by the rules makes it easier and go to the top and earn the place. In most case it is so easy to cheat the system i have seen these many times (office politics). when the top fills with these people the bottom will "come and go" without a notice and also there wont be new innovation but continuity of the old things only been maintained polished changed again and again.
This what happens when companies grow to small to big. Innovation drops in big companies will only try to acquire small companies which has new innovation like Google Inc dose. Google tried to compete with youtube but ultimately they had to scratch the project Google Videos and acquire a garage project started with some few friends. It is that Innovation that drops when the companies grow large still the investors and owner of the companies have this challenge why did our sales and product innovation dropped.
As i believe everyone is born talented but this corporate rat race has crippled it so that only the adjustable accepted others been rejected and crippled.
Steve Wozniak went in with a big dream with his friend Steve Jobs he left hopeless and crippled after getting tired running the rat race.
