As i am working with a mind controlled(MKUltra) victim to improve her self and to get her out of triggers and from the abuser group I found many ways to help her way out off triggers and helping her to corp up with the triggers This will helpful to overcome your self from traumatic events and triggers useful for your life to understand better your life. We when try too hard but we fail. Even you try so much things wont work out then ultimately we put our self down and tell our self we are not born to do this. Now its time to stop and let your self recover and think what went wrong how can make it easy without trying so hard. Sometime we need to try it differently focusing on the failures finding a easy solution. Trying hard is not the solution for your problems. Don't push your self to the limits and get hurt because  you cant achieve it but try approaching it in a different way. First thing you need to understand trying hard doesn't make you achieve your goal but doing it smartly.   Life is easy don't complicate it.

Most of us give to get a reward/return. And when we give there is no reward/return we harm our self by thinking its our problem we are not good and that we have just been used. Its actually not our problem, only thing is to do is not to think about the reward but focus on moving your self forward by giving abundantly and raise your self to a place you can give more. Never try to linger and wait for the return because it will drag you down and restrain you from growing;  sometimes the best way is to let go, it will help us to feel good about our selves and move forward in life, in conclusion do deliver but dont do so expecting a return, instead expect only to give more. Day 1 Day #1 Started as a normal day to work but started with a challenge that i have to talk to one new person. On the way to work i was planning how to talk to a stranger that i have never done. This is where fun starts. My first web project & i have to use my favorite software flash 6. I had to work with a new project manager called Surangi. She wanted me to work with her to do promotional item to our mother company. I had to do presentation for there products and create a new look and feel for the ewave site. it was a tiring job i thought designing was fun than coding but its a different hell of its kind. It's a job you need to please people with colors and presenting different logos with different shapes. i'm telling you it is a hard job to please peoples eyes... :D How to please eyes & mind with minimum work. Get proper picture about the look and feel before going in to designing Do a rough sketch and get the confirmation like the bellow screen. Don't use bright colors for backgrounds. Another big fixing job to do for a shipping company called Malship. This client was handled by Ashan who was my team mate. Ashan was on study leave when Malship had a issue with the system. Ashan asked me to goto the malship and troubleshoot the problem there and see. I went to the client ask if i can take a look at the system. They said no and said they are not confident with me to do the job. Now what to do. Why client didn't let me do the job Not properly introduced by our company. y Boss handed me with a new project call " EMSO territory Management System ". This project was handled by a senior developer call Roshi she was handling project and gathering requirements because she is leaving to another company i had to take over the project. She gave me a brief introduction about the business and what we should do. This was my first software job i had to do for Info System (pvt) Ltd. And i was a fresh starter to handle a system. I really didn't have faith in me that i could do the job. But my first Boss Mr. Thayaparan (CEO of Info sys & ewave) Gave me the job and explained i had to do. What he said was our government is changing the Tax GST to VAT and change Job Trading Accounting System to handle VAT as well. When i went trough the code i saw every thing was hard coded to GST 12.5 when calculating tax. it was used on many modules with hard coded values. I think this is not the way the tax should be Handled. what i thought was to make a tax master and save value to the database and get that value and calculate the tax amount. in the future developer or customer will be able to change it when ever the government change the tax.
